Welcome to Horse Habits Equestrian online store our aim to provide a high quality products at affordable prices, with great service and delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are picked amd packed on the day your order is processed. Orders are sent via my Hermes and I will send tracking details once I have them. Orders usually arrive within 5 working days but please do allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.

Please Note we do not have all items in stock which are shown on the website, we feel this helps give you a better price

It has been longer than I expected for delivery

If your order still has not arrived after 7 working days and you still do not know its whereabouts - please do contact us and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship items internationally?

No. This is something we are currently looking into.

I have received the incorrect item

We are sorry if your order is not correct. This may be a packing error on our part. Please contact us straight away to let us know and we will get the correct item out to you as quickly as possible and will send you a pre-paid packet so that you can send the incorrect item back to us. It is much appreciated if you send incorrect items back to us as mistakes occasionally happen and we are working to minimise them.


How can I change my delivery and/or billing address? 

please call us to change this as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately the address cannot be changed after that point.

Can I come and collect my order?

Yes. Collection must be pre-arranged, either by phone or email so that we can get your order ready for when you come and collect.

What happens to my order if I wasn't in when the courier tried to deliver?

If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depotand they may tell you when they will deliever again. You can call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.


What is your returns policy?

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
 Where you require exchange, this will be sent postage free, (UK only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.

Riding hats

It is our policy not to refund or exchange riding hats unless faulty. This is because we cannot be sure that the hat has not suffered any damage while out of our hands, so is for safety reasons. Hat fittings can be made via prior arrangement
